Apple akan mengeluarkan model Mac Pro yang mempunyai processor yang sehingga 12 core.Ia menggunakan processor Intel's Quad Core dan 6-core Xeon Processors .Mac Pro ini menggunakan ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB.Pelanggan juga boleh menukar Graphic card yang lebih pantas iaitu ATI Radeon HD 5870 with 1GB.Mac Pro 12 Core ini juga mempunyai 24 Virtual Cores yang disokong oleh Mac OSX.Hyper-Threading menjadikan ia lebih berkuasa.Ia dijangka lebih 1.3 kali ganda berkuasa berbanding dengan versi Mac Pro sebelum ini.Quad-Core Mac Pro yang berharga dalam lingkungan RM9000 mungkin menjadi halangan untuk pengguna membeli model ini.
